As a certified service partner, you receive product and service training free of charge. Appointments can be requested via Training@otc-daihen.de

You are already a system integrator and integrate robot-based automation solutions at your customers. Or you are a welding machine distributor? The OTC Service Network is decentralized and built on regional partnerships. If you are already involved maintenance of welding power sources and/or robots, then you may be the next candidate for our factory service. Our Service office will be happy to take your data and description of the defect. Our first level support will contact you immediately and discuss the solution with you. Please always have the ticket number ready.

Price lists are only distributed to our certified distributors and system partners.

Our order confirmation will show the week of delivery. Should this date be postponed, you will be automatically notified by our system via email. As soon as the goods are packed and ready to be commissioned, you will automatically receive the delivery bill, packing list and, in the case of delivery, the tracking number or, in the case of pickup, the pickup times from our system.

OTC uses UPS worldwide. In special cases, a special arrangement can be discussed with the sales office.
