1. Consent
You provide OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH with your personal data on a specific application for the purpose of job search. Your data will be stored and processed on our systems.


2. Privacy and Confidentiality
Privacy is very important for us. OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH has taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. All employees of the Human Resources Department, as well as the administrators of the databases are obliged to maintain secrecy about personal data, within the scope of their contractual and employment agreement relationship. In the data processing, the general standards for data security according to the current state of the art are taken into account.


3. Use of your personal data
During the application process, the usual correspondence data such as, postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers are stored in the applicant database, in addition to the salutation, name and first name. More so, application documents such as motivation letter, curriculum vitae, vocational, training and work certificates are stored. This data will be stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally, exclusively within the context of your application. They are only accessible to employees of the Human Resource department and the persons responsible for employee selection at OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GMBH. Your data will in no case be forwarded to companies or persons outside the OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH or used for other purposes. The data may be processed for statistical purposes (e.g., reporting). No conclusions on individual persons can be possible.


4. Right to information
With a request for information, you can request information on what data is being processed about you. Please direct this to our Human Resources Department (selma.steinke@otc-daihen.de). You have the possibility to independently access, change or delete your electronic data, at all time.


5. Storage and deletion of the data
If you start working at OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH, your personal data, or at least an excerpt of it, will be added to your personal file.

If you have applied, but have received a negative feedback, your details will be stored for about 6 months after completing the application process; then, it will be deleted (profile and application). There is no notification on the deletion of the data.


If you have applied, but we couldn’t offer you a suitable job at this time, we reserve the right to assign your application to a talent pool. If your application is assigned to a talent pool, the data will remain stored for 12 months, and then deleted. Unless, when submitting the form, you had chosen to delete the data after the current application process expired. Then, it will be done as such, at the end of the application process.
