Mönchengladbach, April 09, 2024 - We welcome Dr. Tomoyuki Ueyama as an additional Managing Director of OTC DAIHEN Europe, who, starting from May 1st, will specifically take over the steering of a new holding structure of the European group.
As part of our continuous pursuit of growth and improvement, we are excited to share a significant development within our company with you today. In our effort to strengthen our market presence and to utilize synergies within our corporate group more effectively, our board has made the strategic decision to integrate the European sister companies, including OTC DAIHEN Europe GmbH, into a holding structure. This decision marks a significant milestone in our history and opens new paths for growth, innovation, and efficiency.
