Your Main tasks
- Maintenance and service of robots and power sources in Germany and neighboring countries
- Support and execution of maintenance work at customer sites
- Maintenance according to DIN 31051, DGUV tests, inspection of safety devices
- Training and instruction of operating personnel at customer sites
- Telephone customer service
- Troubleshooting and error analysis for customers
- Assembly of new equipment in the workshop
- Setup of bus systems, Profibus, EthernetIP
- Assembly of OTC welding systems on third-party robots
- Commissioning of IP based software components
- Remote maintenance of industrial plants
- Supervision of the technical equipment of our robot welding laboratory at the Mönchengladbach site

Your Profile
- Completed education in the field of electrical engineering/electronics/mechatronics or comparable qualification especially in the field of electrical engineering/automation technology.
- Interest in electrical engineering, mechanics and welding technology
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
- Secure handling of IT systems
- Good knowledge with possible work experience in Siemens S7-TIA-Portal
- Enthusiasm for technical connections
- quick comprehension and solution-oriented work
- Independent, autonomous and pragmatic working method, which is characterized by Commitment and creativity
- Good English language skills desirable
- Willingness to travel must be present (40% on average)
- Ability to work in a team, conscientiousness, independence and communication skills as well as commitment, service and flexibility
- Driver’s license class III (car) mandatory
