Financial Accountant / Financial Controller
To support our team, we are looking for a full-time Financial Accountant / Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join us at our headoffice in Munich.
Financial Accountant / Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Your Main Tasks
Preparation of Financial Statements
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS for our German GmbH
- Determination, monitoring, and posting of provisions and accruals
Group and Intercompany Reporting
- Alignment of group guidelines with our parent company and ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Coordination and documentation of all intercompany reconciliations
Accounting and Controlling
- Management of fixed asset accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Supporting management through analyses, target vs. actual comparisons, and budget controls
- Monitoring and managing the dunning process (outstanding receivables)
Collaboration & Advisory
- Supporting the supply chain management team with inventory processes
- Acting as a point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and financial authorities
- Providing advice on German and international accounting matters
Financial Accountant / Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business administration or commercial training with several years of experience in accounting
- Further qualification as a financial accountant (m/f/d) is an advantage
- Confident handling of HGB and IFRS
- Experience with corporate structures and international reporting requirements
- Strong knowledge of German tax law
- Solid knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP Business One)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical mindset and structured working style
- Hands-on mentality and high level of self-initiative
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
